To not even fight these charges is the most yellow, spineless thing a school’s ever done. I’m seriously considering not cheering for the basketball team ever again.

The NCAA has proof and outlined in their NOA that Will Wade used a joint banking account with his wife to pay players and their families
How are you gonna fight and dispute bank financial transactions from WW to players ? Wade was very lazy in covering his trail of illegal payments. IMO, Wade is guilty of being stupid.

He wasn’t talking about the state of the program when Wade took over. He was talking about the big boy system that Wade was now playing in. He wasn’t nearly savvy enough to play the game without getting caught. Hence the “learners permit” comment. Wade went too hard too fast before he learned how to play the game safely.

Just curious: what is the proof? Making allegations isnt “proof” and considering how dishonest the NCAA is, taking them at their word is really naive. If this is ultimately true, what a stupid way to get caught.
