I agree but the Purple unis are the one's they picked? All white is the GOAT.

Glad to see us number one, but I'll take the white jerseys 100% of the time over the purple. Gold-white-gold is the best combo in the land.

That article says we break these out during "prime time games" but don't we typically wear these against small schools that were supposed to be by 30?

Allow me to collect downvotes here:
We should never go away from these two unis.
The home purple and away white should be the only two unis for a school of our stature and tradition. If we decide on home white, I’m fine with it.
The other experimental unis should be a carrot used for the players.......”you can wear the retro, old gold uni or white/purple hemet if you reach the sec championship. Then team votes on special unis.”. Even still, I am forty, get off my lawn and keep our uni the way it is.
Otherwise, this is LSU and leave that chrome conference USA crap for Vanderbilt, Missouri and aTm. For those of you that say I’m behind the times will realize that the Oregon Ducks shite is jumping the shark soon and you’ll be behind the cycle before you know it. It ain’t cool when you’re Trying to be cool.
Just be LSU.
