Just his presence on the bench brings out the best in KD. A true team player, and leader.

He sat the bench and fired up as many threes as he normally did.

Sorry.

LSU does NOT claim him.

He’s never and will never be considered an LSU Tiger.

Simmons has been hard to coach and a shitty teammate in the pros which, not odd at all, is how he was at LSU.

Simmons' lack of competitiveness in crucial games has raised questions about his character... Those who know him best say he needs things to revolve around him on and off the court and that he's often been close-minded to coaching or instruction.

From former 76ers teammate Joel Embiid:

quote:

'At the end of the day, our job is not to babysit somebody,' Embiid said.

'We get paid to produce on the court, go out, play hard, win some games. That's what we get paid for.

'At this point, I don't care about that man, honestly. He does whatever he wants.

'I'm only focused on trying to make the team better, win some games, play hard every night and try to lead the guys we have here and I'm sure they feel the same way.'

Well played.

But the Nets destroyed the 76ers. He is much more valuable on the Nets.
