As expected, QB's will probably rotate with the 1's for at least the first week. Somewhat surprised at Cain getting first team reps.

I don't doubt he is good. Just a little surprised since he just got here this summer. Him and Emery with a little bit of Goodwin could be really dangerous.

I'm liking Dellinger at center.

Did something happen with Jenkins I wasn't aware of?

You don't hear much about Marcus Dumervil. Wonder how he's doing

Good info, but it's still too early to be reading into the competitions. They even add disclaimers while they mention it in their report.

Seems like Hilton doesn’t practice much.
We want emery to start so bad we won’t accept that he isn’t the 5 star we were hoping.

You guys are about to be somewhat disappointed I think,. He's pretty average. He is slow and plodding. Was very overrated early on in recruiting then his ranking was corrected.

I don't think he's bad and glad we have a high IQ back that can grind a defense down and spell Emery, but Cain isn't going to have any "wow" plays or be a star at LSU.

Hopefully I'm wrong.

These descriptions could be used for several very good backs in LSU history. Jeremy Hill, Charles Scott, Jacob Hester, and Ally Broussard immediately come to mind.

But the rant told me Nuss was QB1 since he took snaps first on the first day of practice. Multiple people said the QBs would rotate each practice and got down voted to hell lmao

Jeremy Hill does not belong in this conversation. He’s second to only Fournette in being able to hit a home run in the Miles/Orgeron era.

Lol Jeremy Hill was not slow and plodding. WTF

I could see him having a similar skillset to Hester, but we all know Hester had an x-factor you can't coach.

I'm happy the kid is on our team, but he is not some electric athlete at RB. He just isn't. He isn't going to "take over" or be in SC Top 10s. He's reliable depth.

I wouldn’t look into the starters until at least next Thursday’s practice.
