The guy he beat up is in pretty bad shape from what I've heard.

I applaud Jefferson for whipping this kids butt if in fact someonen was taunting him and baiting him into a fight.
What I don't like is the serious lack of judgment on JJ's part to be out at a bar at 2am when you are getting ready to lead your nationally ranked football team in your Senior season. Terrible judgment on his part. whether he likes it or not he is a public figure now and the leader of his team. He deserves to be suspended if this is true---for several games.
