I heard LSU helmets are being changed to look like the Cincinnati Bengals since everyone keeps calling LSU the Bengal Tigers.

I actually agree with OP. The longer stripes look stupid how the connect with the under part of the sleeve. I like the short stripe, but have to make sure all of the jersey stripes are the same length. For a while it wasn't actually "uniform".

there were some comments made by LSU sports admin that they were going to incorporate the font from the gold jersey's this past season into future jersey's. Or that they were trying it out to possibly use in the future. I got the impression that it was imminent.
So if that's the case, this will be the new jersey fonts at some point.

Disagree. I think the longer stripes are vastly superior than the shorter stripes.
The worst part of the jersey upgrade was that first year or two they introduced the new number fonts as well and the numbers were small as shite. It looked incredibly out of proportion. Personally I have no issue with the numbers or stripes at the moment though I wouldn't be opposed to tweaking the number font.

Since we are talking about the jerseys in February, I would love to see LSU bring back the gold jerseys for a game or two.....
