Majority of us understand where we stand and why..
We are no worse than any other passionate fan base. It’s okay to critique certain decisions.. doesn’t always mean you are blaming the coaches for a loss. It’s just part of fandom.
Why make this thread now? I haven’t noticed much blaming.

Would you rather us blame you? I mean who tf do you think was involved?? This is a message board. People overreact and vent their frustrations.
However, no one expected this team to win this regional. We were snake bitten like Miss state was last year. And I think all of us level headed fans can appreciate the job Mainieri did with what he had to work with. No one is more frustrated than him.
It's a huge deal to swap the best player in your lineup with the worst. (Smith for Hughes)

Nope, we are just the same as any other fan base. Difference is, we have a bigger and better place to share our feelings here on TD. If you talk to true fans of any other major school they will tell you the same thing you'll hear from LSU fans.

We are the worst. Many schools have a fans that take losses bad, but we have way more. And most of the fans that are vocal about it with LSU are very irrational and just stupid.

That was not simply a loss, OSU is the better team but:
1) They did a ton of things to help us and we did nothing with every gift
2) We made numerous fundamental mistakes at bat and out in the field. Mistakes that we shouldn't make this late in the season...or ever?
Honestly our opportunity to win was small but dammit we made it too damn easy for them. Our performance was laughable and that's being generous.
