re: LSU fans regarding QB situation

Nuss looked great, but they did not game plan for him or his skill set, and they put reserves in.
Neither did Nuss practice against what Georgia was doing.
1st team QB gets most of the practice reps all season.
As a Red shirt freshman, how many practice Reps does Nuss get vs all kinds of defenses, as compared to a four year starter?
Yet in his first real opportunity this season, he set records, vs the top defense in the NCAA. He had no real game experience vs such a defense.

Pretty sure he’s referring to his knowledge about football in which case, I’m all but 100% positive he knows more about football than the entire rant posters combined. It’s a safe bet given that he’s been doing it professionally at a high level and successfully for decades while 90% of tRant is making slightly above minimum wage at “degree not required” job.
But hey, if you think you know more about football than BK, you should get in on the millions too. Good luck.

Ok but how do you feel about JDs performance? Because you do realize he was statistically as good as (and maybe even slightly better) in that game right? And that was before Georgia was up by 25 points and their defense stopped being aggressive. All on an injured ankle.
Was how the two QBs were moving the ball different? Yes. But how the ball is moved is irrelevant. shite if you could find a QB that ALWAYS makes the defense jump offsides for every play and that’s how we move the ball to the goal line, I’d take it (yeah I know, that’s impossible, I’m just making an exaggerated point because it is “technically” possible to move from one end of the field to the other on offsides penalties alone).

Many of Nuss’ are going to be arm punts that don’t hurt as much

Nuss’ performance just confirmed how wrong CBK has been all season to keep him on the bench
Did it really? The answer is only if that is the outcome you want to see.

Some of us gave up on Daniels a very long time along and Nuss’ performance just confirmed how wrong CBK has been all season to keep him on the bench
Then that makes you illogical. You can not determine this from that half a game. You simply have no way of knowing how the season would have progressed had Nuss been the starter. You can not rewind time and alter that factor and then watch it play out again. All you can do is speculate. But the problem with speculation is that any side you take is just as possible as any other.

Especially considering that statistically they had about the same performance. JD had a slightly higher completion percentage on about the same number of attempts, Nuss had slightly more yardage, Nuss had more turnovers, JD was only sacked 2 more times than Nuss (and this was before Georgia was up by 25 and still playing aggressively), AND JD had less negative yardage ( -1 yard for JD and -13 for Nuss).

Kick 6 was a great run that certainly Auburn had to earn great blocking and running. Georgia waltzed into our endzone.

And to that point, Kelly actually recruited very well at ND and grossly overstated their talent issues to cover up his in-game coaching blunders and bad coordinator hires.
Kelly’s classes ant ND averaged about 12-15 and not 3-6. This is false

What we are saying he isn’t chewing grass or picking his nose on the sidelines wasting talent and still winning (except O’s) first and last 2 seasons with all of that talent. O was TERRIBLE from an X and O perspective.

You are correct. Daniels is a freaking awesome QB. We have all seen it for ourselves. After four years of starting he has mastered the position like no other. No way the BK could have erred here.

Where is the hate, friend? Show us.

JD has never been and never will be a passing threat. We saw toward the end of the season how teams adjusted and neutralized him. This is no knock on him. He is what he is

Can both play at the same time.

They won despite that idiot.

Losing to FSU and then Aggie approached unforgivable.

But but, but. BK completely failed on ST. Why he allowed it to remain so all season is anyone's guess. If We see Daniels trot out as QB next year, then we will know he is truly pig--headed.

How did the perpetual #2 Michiganders beat OSU ?? Not by running , by slinging it .
Michigan ran for 252 yards with their second string RB
Michigan passed for 278 yards
Ohio St. ran for 143 yards and passed 349 yards
Ohio St slung it more and lost

This Ellis Hugh guy is doing his best to supplant them all as King of the Rantards. He’s long been an idiot.
I don’t know if he’s an idiot but he’s obviously anti-Brian Kelly and isn’t worth engaging as there’s no objective discussion to be had

For some on here, it’s darn near impossible. It’s ok to like both quarterbacks but that makes too much sense.
I like all three QBs. All of them bring positives to the team
