Ha! If you don't understand the difference between a lone random white guy walking through a bad part of town late at night and some visiting fans going to a football game, then you might want to refrain from using the word stupid to describe other people.

Hey dipshit, what I am trying to say that this is America.....not The Lebanon.

Whether you are an LSU fan in a parking lot at WVU (which I warned all about) or the street, don't do anything to cause attention to yourself.

If they guy was not wearing any LSU gear, then I equate that as to say, it wouldn't matter what he was wearing, but it was just a place full of hoods.

You read WAY too far into the subject.....so I am sorry that I couldn't offend you today. Lighten up Frances.

I wonder if any WVU fans have a comment on the locker room theft during the game that is currently under investigation by campus police?

Someone stole a locker room?

That's what I'm saying. They need to come down on the Morgantown PD and Sheriff and make them look like uncaring, indifferent assholes and that will affect the greatest change

Good, and I cant fricken wait. Im absolutely disgusted with the way this was treated. The cops and university should be sued and the cops should also lose their jobs. Pieces of shite.

that is pretty disturbing. i cannot say if that is a regional issue or just part of the overall pussification of america, either way its pretty damn sad.

I saw an article and it didn't say which locker room had items stolen from it, but coupled with the other story it sounds like WVU has some gameday security issues.

It's a shame that a douchebag idiot fan can put a black eye on what was otherwise a great football weekend (minus the game outcome for us Mountaineer fans obviously).

But seriously, I hope this guy is charged to the fullest, truly embarrassing and disgusting crime. It really makes me sick that there are people out there who would even do this kinda thing.

Yep...apparently they are looking into it now.

I certainly don't think these punks represent majority of WV fans but they need to be caught and held accountable.

Gotta run...I'll post more info as I hear it.

This is pathetic. I hope the mountain men involved are caught. I'm sure Hannah still has the license plate info and that the right people now have it in their hands.

The part of the story that needs to be filled in is between the rock throwing and getting pulled out the car. If I had to guess, the victim took offense to the rock throwing and some words were exchanged. Definitely not blaming the victim but just trying to make sense of it.

Damn this sucks for those that got beat up or robbed. Hope everything works out in the end and really hope those responsible are caught and beaten.

I also fell sorry for the WV fans. They have got to be pissed about three degenerates tarnishing the entire university. I sounds like the super vast majority of the WV fans new of the rep and hate it and were so hoping everything would go smoothly. Then they lose a huge football game and wake up to find out about the fight! Sucks for a lot of people.

Are you serious? The media reports say the police are "investigating a report of an assault" which means that at the time the assault took place there were no officers present to witness it. In fact if we're going to be completely honest it's still incredibly unclear given the hospital situation at what point the police were contacted, were they on the scene afterwards or did the family file a report of an assault at some point afterwards. That said they must do their due diligence, since they had no officers present at the crime they have to interview witnesses, the accused, the victims, etc. Simply because someone calls up and says "I was assaulted, here's the license plate number" does not make it a warrant for the arrest. Chill out Judge Dredd, there is a legal process that needs to be followed here, the statute of limitations isn't 4 days so you don't need to freak out that no one has been arrested yet. If what happened did indeed happen, and they have the assailants information than they'll be fine.

What are you a teenager? You sound like an immature little kid.

You are suggesting that visiting fans to a college football game shouldn't wear a shirt that represents their team. And for that, you are borderline retarded.

This was a college football event... not the same as wearing the wrong colors on the wrong side of L.A.

You may expect opposing fans to taunt and even talk some trash, but to suggest that you should expect to be physically assaulted and beaten because you support your team at a visiting venue is beyond stupid.

And since you're incredibly immature, I think you'll get a kick out of this:
