Not defending him, but there were definitely a lot more than 5 people there. I also spoke to him at other events like the Pete statue unveiling (that I doubt anyone else on this board went to) and after the NIT game.
Funnily enough, when I was a student when WW was here I DID in fact get a free meal.

Of course it was. A guy who was a HUGE liability on the offensive end of the floor that left us with a 4 on 5 offensively.....who also can't control his emotions that cost us a game this year....and who rode the bench towards the end. But, I wouldn't expect anything less from all the Betas on here. LSU can get better. He is not an SEC player.

This is the truth, but it has no place on the Rant. Suddenly, a guy that is NOT SEC material, is a huge loss for the program. Think Dennis Rodman, with less offensive skills, and far less defensive and rebounding skills. But, you will have some on here that will praise him as wasted talent at LSU...probably will get someone saying that WW will go get him and turn him into an all-american. LOL. Dude was a huge liability for the program and was probably told to hit the door......let alone he was benched down the stretch this year. We need someone that can at least draw rim on a FT.

LOL at him becoming a MULTIskill player....you obviously haven't watched him attempting to shoot the basketball. He is roberto Duran. Also, change your team to NC State....I'm sure there are several Beta posters on here that will pull for them now over LSU....for a coach that has never won shite nationally. Not even semi scaring a national title....Has Will Wade ever even been on the bench coaching a game in the sweet 16?

If LSU is ponying up NIL money, of course you can expect them to make the tourney. I guess I'm a little different, I want them to not only make the tourney, but to make some major noise. Seems there are a lot of Betas on here who just want to make the tourney. As someone that has witnessed all three final fours (and should have been four without the Bobby Knight frickery) I want more than a participation trophy. If you want that, go be a fan at NC
state.

Now I know that you are trolling. I can tell you one game he most definitely lost for us. Can't remember who it was, I think OLE MISS, but we had the game won.....then in the last 2 minutes, he misses an easy dunk, shoots air ball on free throws, and then loses his temper and gets a technical foul...it all combined in the last few minutes to let OM back in the game, which they went on to win. I do blame MM for having him in the game with it on the line.
