Collins just showed he has the DBU bloodlines. Damn he was nasty. I had to watch it again just to make sure what I was seeing. Honey badger out there throwing people like rag dolls.

Collins was a beast in that drill.

But i doubt he puts forth that effort every play, or he probably wouldnt be in that drill

He got the message the coaches were sending.

Wow. Way better than Big Cat Drill. Loved what i saw from 2 players. Of course, Jalen Collins. He is same height as Simon, but looks heavier. And meaner. I also have heard that the coaches said that he was the best athlete on the team last year as a FRESH. Id love to see him play the other CB spot when TM7 plays nickle. We would have 2 6'3 bookend corners out there with TM7 being the rover. Nobody would get open. Collins will be a stud and future 1st rounder IMO.

I also loved what I saw out of Micah Eugene. He didnt kill people like Collins did, but he got through the gauntlet faster than anyone else on that video. And i know there is no technique in that drill, but Eugene always kept 1 arm free, which is important to do as a DB so you can keep containment and shed blocks easier. That is what else he did that was impressive. He took on a guy, shed him, and moved onto the next one. Not sure what his true "position" will be, but the kids got game changer/play maker written all over him.
