My most frequent complaint has been the lack of an attempt to develop a 4th starter. Since we use so many pitchers in the midweek games it seems like we rarely have anyone stretched out enough to step into a spot start on the weekends...whether it be due to injury or ineffectiveness of someone in the weekend rotation.
