That’s not what they said. They said an illegal offer is an NCAA violation. They did not say Wade made an illegal offer. Wade didn’t say he didn’t make an illegal offer either, which is why he’s still suspended.

Nobody is questioning whether illegal offers are against NCAA regulations. The disparity comes from what the report of the wire tap insinuates and what Wade has said in the past and is insinuating now.
