It’s just little things. He’s using hesitation too much in the press break. He went a little too early on that illegal screen call. Not bad play, just needs to shore things up. He’s a freshman, and he should get better.

That was his first turnover, and he has 5 assists. He’s done an excellent job handling the press.

Biggest needs in portal were rebounding and shooting and we went out and got Thomas (good get) and a bunch of guys.

I mean, DJ is clearly the best player on the team, your point guard, typically significantly better right now than your backup PG. It would not be a stretch to think the team would be doing better than it is now.
