Not crazy about him extending to that many pitches there. Getting close to 120 is usually not good for the arm down the line

Skenes has that dawg in him. What an outing.

Good move by Jay putting Dugas back in the lineup. He can hit and while it’s a calculated risk, his arm shouldn’t be a problem on routine plays from second.

Let’s get some more fricking runs!!

Would have loved to hear what Skenes was saying to himself there
He wanted that K for multiple reasons

Skenes probably bargained with Jay to leave him in and strike out Furniss.

Wonder if we pull dugas in the 8th and 9th for defensive purposes

116 or so pitches and his last 2 were 96-97.. good job Paul Skenes

Skenes is not human. He’s a marvel to the sport!

Haven’t seen a Furniss K like that since LSU lost to USC twice in 98

I just don’t like him going out there and throwing 110-120 every weekend. We have to give him a break at some point.

Need to humble this pitcher right here

We’ve got motherfrickers on this board that have the fricking audacity to argue that this staff sucks behind Paul Skenes - Ty Floyd isn’t as good as the 1.2 MLB draft pick and we roast him for it. fricking useless fans.
