USC had five (5) SEC wins before tonight. They are historically bad. And they just beat us
They also gave up 46 runs last weekend and we scored 5 tonight.

Still think Cowan is doing well Misey, or are you willing to admit he hasn't been great lately.
He obviously wasn’t tonight. I thought he was going to turn a corner and get it done when he Kd the first batter in the 9th, but that obviously didn’t happen.
Are you willing to admit he was just fine last weekend? The trolls act like he’s done nothing but suck for 4 straight weeks.
He needs to get to the regional and face a couple of non-SEC teams who haven’t seen or scouted him at the same level. Hopefully that will get him back on track and get his confidence back.
Here’s my issue- the people saying he sucks and to bench him are fricking stupid. How many games have we won this season thanks to him coming in when Anderson or Eyanson weren’t going as deep into games? He’s not like the guys in the pen who’ve struggled annd been inconsistent all season. He deserves the opportunity to bounce back.

Serious question though….what is it you achieve by running down a bunch of 20 year olds for having a bad night playing baseball? What is it in your psyche that makes you feel better to be so negative?
Show me a post where I "run down" anyone on this team.
Show me. Do it.
Saying Cowan has been getting hit lately is running someone down?

This is not just an LSU problem pretty much all SEC teams are bad on the road.

You’re missing the point. LSU is any ones guess.
Texas and Arkansas look better too to bottom

What’d you think of that double play to save Shores’ outing?

When you never do anything but that, you are either a troll or alter from another fanbase here to stir shite.

Just come out and tell us who is better than LSU in your expert opinion.

Tell me why I’m wrong on this….
First off, it’s incredibly difficult to win on the road in the SEC. Auburn, who is one of the hottest teams in college baseball, and no doubt leads LSU in every offensive category just got their shite pushed in by unranked Ole Miss in Oxford.
These are kids playing a game that I’ve coached at the HS level for over 30 years now. Hell man, I’ve seen so few capable of being consistent regardless of the situation that when I do get one it’s like a gift.
They wake up each morning and depending on whether they had a fight with their girlfriend, you don’t know what you’re gonna get.
Cut em some damed slack

Jay needs to lay into this team. They are a team filled with post game juice boxes and gummies Soft as shite
He did during the game and he definitely should the rest of tonight.

What point am I missing?
You said were an average hitting team with 4 good pitchers, but so far you’ve only given me 2 teams that are “better” than us - one of which lost their ace and has faltered quite a bit lately, and the other we just beat…

Are we really gonna put this on Arrambide?
Not at all. It’s not his fault, but I’m critical of Jay for making that move. That’s a very tough spot for a true freshman on the road.
I’m just saying that Hernandez would have been better to have back there in that moment and might have had a shot to keep that one in play.
