Embarrassing loss. Truly pathetic performance by this team.
LSU is now tied with UGA and Vandy for 3rd place in the SEC.
With an RPI now at 8, a series loss here really could throw LSU down to the 9/10 national seed slot.

We just make it so much more difficult on ourselves in every goddamn sport. Just show up and play and you’re guaranteed to host a super. Instead we played like we’re drunk and put all the pressure on Anderson and Eyanson.

Not really. His past few outings he had the same problem. Elevating and hanging pitches. That's exactly why TAMU won the game off him.

Teams have unlocked Cowan. They’re just all sitting on the change up. Same thing happened in his previous 2 outings. All the hits off of the change up. Scobey just confirmed it postgame. Sitting on just that pitch.
