You can say we gave them the game but we didn’t do a damn thing to win it, we didn’t hit the ball that well considering they guys fastball topped out at 89mph right down the pipe, that should be the equivalent of 13 year olds hitting it off the tee

We had like 11 hits

Look at that Reaves out double play. That’s the kind of shite they was happening to us tonight.

You can have 1000 hits but if they aren’t situational what’s the point? I’m moving on from this game but Jay needs to light a massive fire under asses and make changes because regionals is little league to supers and definitely Omaha

I understand your frustrations. We all have them. But, this isn’t true. The Vols were definitely out of the game we run ruled them! And Vandy too. Visit VolNation. They say the same thing about their team as you’re saying about ours.

It was a bad game. It was embarrassing. We’ve a had a few this season. But, I expect we’ll bounce back tomorrow and win fairly easily. So many people on here said this team wouldn’t even make the post season, much less get a national seed and host. Yet, here we are, #6 seed, and still playing. There’s no need to run CJJ out of BR just yet. If they lose tomorrow, have at it. But until then, chill a bit.

I agree. No argument there. No clue what CJJ was thinking tonight. They came in acting like the game was already won. But, I think we’ll be fine tomorrow (or today now now I guess). I expect a fairly easy win.

That’s the best you’ve got? Your tax dollars probably helped to pay for my full scholarship to LSU.

I’m proud that I was in TGBFTL. I know a lot of great Tiger fans from those 4 years who know a shitload more than you do about any sport. We’re some of the hardest core fans you will find, not that someone like you can understand that. If you can’t appreciate one of the largest and hardest working organizations on campus, then you aren’t a real Tiger fan. Period.

It was all fun and games this weekend watching so many other SEC teams lose and even get eliminated while we were dominating our regional.

Then last night happened and it's not so funny anymore.

4 Runs is in no way, shape or form acceptable. Needs to be a rout today and if we don't score in double digits against what's left of a staff of a team with a losing record that finished in the bottom of the Ohio Valley Conference standings, then we don't deserve to win.

LFG!!!

It's wild.

A bunch of trolls talking about benching Jones and firing Jay.

It's not surprising we have some of the most stupid fans in the entire country given Louisiana's education system.

This is firing material. We couldn't pitch, lifeless effort and couldn't hit rag arms. 4 runs off rag arms.

Jay isn’t getting fired, no matter what happens today. Just like Miles didn’t on the heels of 1/9/12. He would burn up whatever goodwill he has with the fanbase and would absolutely need to get to the supers or better next season, but he isn’t getting fired.

Jezzz it looks like we're playing from the losers bracket with no pictures left.

"PICTURES"????? You really typed that????

Given, in hindsight, he was not the best choice to start the game and the rest of the relievers didn't really relieve anything other than Little Rock's anxiety about winning the game easily, they are still what is widely known as "pitchers".

I've perceived this to be a consistent theme from this year's team for whatever reason (have watched 95% of their games). Typically, you see a certain level of youthful enthusiasm still from college players; don't necessarily see that with them; almost seem disinterested esp. Jones. To use an old commercial slogan "time to make the donuts..."
