Sam’s problem all last year was zero put away pitch.

0-2 almost every batter though.

Wow, imagine that - a pitching coach that can help develop pitchers.

As an LSU fan, I haven't seen that in at least 2 years.

Have to see once we get some contact if he will stay outside the zone as he's done in the past.

All 4 batters barreled him up. It's only a matter of time for those balls to find grass.

I feel like the Auburn baseball series is like the Arkansas football game. Mediocre boring opponent that just plays well above their heads against us. Hopefully this weekend is like the Arky football game this past year.

Last game I did was the first game of the CWS in 2023. Hopefully the winning streak continues.

Was Dutton the guy who started a game and went 2-0 to the first batter and got pulled in Jay's first year

Out of curiosity, I went and check prior season, pre-season, scrimmage stats.

Last spring Dutton led the team with a .78 WHIP in 7.2. 4H, 9K, 2BB, 2,35 ERA

He did have a 9.61 ERA in the fall of 23 (prior to 24 season) with a team high 19.2 innings.
