Beloso's was legit, I think. The strike zone isn't great, though.

This strike zone was perfect for a Walker outing, if he was locked in. He would have been unhittable given the way the ump is calling. His balls were 1 foot off, instead of 1 inch though.

I’m not who you’re replying to but I’m honestly not real optimistic about Walker.
He didn’t have a good year last year, didn’t have a good fall, didn’t have a good spring and isn’t looking much different now. I really love the kid and I want him to turn around. I’m pulling for him as hard as I can remember ever pulling for a guy but let’s be honest, it’s not looking great

I can say with certainty that the first base ump isn’t watching the swing, just watching for an opportunity to ring people up. Neither check swings were swings.
