Nuss was the favorite for the Heisman because of his performance last season. EVERYONE expected a slight improvement. That's all it would have taken to bring home the hardware. Instead he has regressed horribly. I've tried so hard to make excuses & defend his play. But I just can't anymore.

On that play there were 3 receivers in the vicinity, 2 side by side.
On the earlier int, there were 2 receivers at the same spot.
This is creating crowds of defenders.
Not excusing Nusa as the decisions were both horrendous, but the play design is equally awful.

Dang Nuss, you threw that ball into triple coverage. One Interception and one throw into triple coverage. Not a good omen.
