Haven't heard about a run rule, but it probably wouldn't apply until after 7 innings at least

YouTube scrubbed the links, no doubt at Kendall's request.
All he would need is a DMCA take down notice in the can, which he no doubt has, and because he is fundamentally a dishonest trolling snitch who pretends to be a good guy while in fact patrolling for CR issues, he no doubt has a YT insider he feeds these DMCAs to, otherwise he wouldn't be able to scrub links so quickly.
No bueno.
