I thought the pitchers had this steal thing under control. Before the homer, missouri tried a double steal and looked like it would have been easy. Then they did it again on the next pitch. Is there anyone coaching the team tonight? Is anyone telling veitmeier to watch the runners? Doesn’t seem like it.

As the game went on, Missouri kept chipping away and we never took advantage. I just felt they would respond after the first batter he faced. Nothing he was doing was surprising them. They fouled off much of what he threw. Knew he was gonna give up something big.
