For what it’s worth…Evans had a better start than Schmidt. 56 pitches to get 2 outs in the 2nd!

Pitchers have to be mentally tough and figure it out and none of them have. But yes- we’ve been squeezed with a different zone all weekend. The only time a UGA pitcher has faced our zone was in the top of the 9th last night.

Jay looked unhappy with Pearson at that mound meeting. Seemed to look like he said we’d only be down 1 if you make the play.
