First, it is foul territory, not out of bounds in baseball. But let's humor you.
What happens in golf when a ball hit in an area considered fair but bounces into an out-of-bounds area?
How many of those other spots had those rules before baseball had its rules?
Are the out-of-bounds rules in other sports uniform? Are they even uniform for football at various levels?
If a player is out of bounds in soccer and touches the ball, is it out of bounds?
It's an idiotic take for so many reasons.
