You’d think one of the best programs in the country should be able to sign catchers who can actually catch. I mean it’s right there in the name and all.
Arrambide and Serna both seem to sort of suck at the actual catching part.

We have to throw competitive pitches and trust the defense. The defense isn’t making plays.
If you’re trying to strike everyone out, you run up your pitch count and issue a ton of walks.
Without that passed ball on Arrambide, that’s a loud single and no run scores
