The fact is, they do have to find a way to get mentally tougher. It is easier said than done, but it’s what is required to win in this league. Whether through guys working with a sports psychologist, or some guys just being moved on from, this has to be addressed in the offseason. It’s infected pretty much the entire staff at this point. Even guys who pitched confidently early have fallen way off at this point.
