Okay. Fixed the Heading to avoid further confusion. You guys are pretty smart about such things.

May I have your speculations on the kickoff time for LSU-Alabama?

Thank you in advance.

I think they still play it but I do think it gets pushed back a few hours to allow the stadium to dry a bit. Storm should be rolling through there around 2.

I say kickoff is at 8 that night.

What?

Think he’s talking about their game vs UGA for some reason.

I haven't seen this confirmed anywhere. It would make sense being it will be a big one.
I'm contemplating trying to bring the family from DFW. My daughters have never been to a game.

A couple other good SEC games that day - Ole Miss/Georgia and Mizzou/Texas - probably depends on results between now and then.

The kickoff window was announced a few months ago. Exact time won't be selected until October 26th. Results of the next couple weekends factor in to the TV decisions.

Flex (2:30-3:30 or 5-7 p.m. CT)

Thanks to you all - even to those of you who clarified kickoff times for other games.

How do some of yall not understand this still? SEC determines the windows the games are in June, seen below. Times are finalized the Monday 2 weeks before based on how teams are doing. Bama could be afternoon or night

Sat 11/7/2026 Arkansas at Auburn TBA Early
Sat 11/7/2026 Texas at Missouri TBA Early
Sat 11/7/2026 Texas A&M at South Carolina TBA Afternoon
Sat 11/7/2026 Kentucky at Tennessee TBA Night
Sat 11/7/2026 Oklahoma at Florida TBA Flex
Sat 11/7/2026 Alabama at LSU TBA Flex
Sat 11/7/2026 Vanderbilt at Mississippi State TBA Flex
Sat 11/7/2026 Georgia at Ole Miss TBA Flex

That date is Flex for Alabama @ LSU, but if I were a betting man, which I am not, then I would bet that LSU-Bama gets the primetime 6:30 ABC slot.

That being, if the season continues as it is and LSU gets there with one loss, and Alabama has one or no losses.

There are three "big" games (at the moment that day)

Alabama @ LSU
Georgia @ Ole Miss
Texas @ Missouri

Given TX at Mizzou is an early kickoff, the afternoon/night decision will be between the other two games.

The networks LOVE LSU vs. Alabama at night. Particularly at LSU. It generally draws big ratings nationwide. So I think there is a very strong chance it will be a 6:45 kickoff
