What is the rant's opinion on whether LSU is gonna beat ou by 14 or more-for entertainment purposes only.

The GA line was closer than this if I recall. Look what happened there. I honesty expect a similar outcome for the Peach, but JH could wind up pissing in the cornflakes if we're overconfident.

I could see a similar result to Bama OU last year. LSU takes an early sizable lead. OU gets a couple late scores to get close to or within two tds.

I know a lot of industry guys (action network, etc) make the line around 8 or 9 I just dont see it.

Tigers by 3 scores.

The spread was higher last week.

One hamstring > 3 suspensions and a broken collarbone through the lens of the betting public I suppose.

I jumped on -13 before the CEH injury. I’m not crazy about his status, but I’m still confident that LSU wins by 14.

I’ve made quite a bit of money on the tigers this year. I took this like at -12 right when it opened and the closer we get the more confident I am.

If Aranda has a good scheme in place to stop hurts from scrambling and extending drives, we will cover it. Ou shouldn’t stop our offense very much.

If Jalen turns the ball over once or twice (which he has all season) I think it’s a blowout.

I agree with the probability that we’ll score early and get a huge lead. They just don’t have the guns to climb back in it. With that, I’m playing the first half line only. I have no doubt we win, just worried about the partial second half come back. Tigers by 12 only because of garbage time points.

You can bet your arse OU has studied the Ole Miss game inside and out and will attempt to run misdirection QB power all game. There will be RPO’s designed for the QB to run.
If LSU doesn’t play containment assignment defense and they get sloppy and over aggressive, JH will make our lives miserable.
Our defense has been great over the years containing running quarterbacks but some have burnt us bad like JH has done in the past
I hope it’s a blowout win for LSU but I’m not sold on it.

My numbers put it just below that, but that is over the course of the whole season and I think we are playing better now than at the beginning, especially defensively. I'm not going to put money on it, but I think we win by more than 14.

The line opened around -11, quickly moved to -13 and settled around -13.5. In fact, in the past week it has climbed to -14 on Bovada.

I have to think the translation is that Vegas does not think Oklahoma can stop Burrow. Statistically, these teams are so close that I’m having trouble understanding that line myself.

13.5 is a lot. LSU could dominate the whole game and jump out to a huge lead, but OU could score a TD or two late and get inside the number
