im saying with my whole chest that you can't objectively define safe distance and you cant prove she violated that statute.

Good thing this is a message board and I don't need to prove in the court of law that she was following too closely.

Her swerving into the other lane to "avoid the truck" in her own statement is proof enough she was following too close to stop in time for me.

Because he saw Funyuns about to slam him from behind?

nope. he told LSP on camera that he swerved to avoid Lacy who was apparently eleventy million yards away from him.

But JoJo the retard says that this swerve is a just swerve, because he was luck enough to get through without hitting anyone.

YOU are saying that her swerving is proof. I'm saying that is retarded and illogical. Everyone swerved - gold truck, and even Lacy.

But Lacy and the gold truck didn’t swerve because the person in front of them was breaking. So that stature doesn’t apply to them in this situation.

you have said multiple times she had a split second to make a decision

If she was far enough behind the good truck she should have had a split second and seem real
more because of the safe distance.

I believe there is enough evidence out there from the various videos to support that she objectively was following too close

but if she wasn’t, wtf was she doing?

it may be that she wasn't swerving to avoid the truck ahead of her, but lacy, who was in her lane flying towards her just seconds away from impact.

lacy stood on the brakes and re-entered his lane, but he may have been to late to avoid freaking her out.

Lacy was speeding in and out of traffic on a two lane road going south. Him doing this made a driver (gold truck) in the northbound lane slam on his brakes. The person behind the gold truck swerving into the southbound lane to avoid running into the back of the truck and that’s how the collision happened. Am I off base?

Somewhat. Lacy was driving recklessly that part no one has argued against.

The issue is the driver of the gold truck did not slam on his brakes (he’s on video saying so) also the car that is primarily responsible for the wreck was behind the truck and following way too close (to the point she couldn’t even see Lacy’s car) and didn’t have anytime contract because her fat arse was stuffing her face with funyons distracted driving.

If she was driving more responsibly the wreck doesn’t happen, even with Lacy’s recklessness.

I think you are arguing the case from a criminal aspect and are probably right that he would not be charged with vehicular homicide but in a civil case he would get absolutely cooked for the way he was driving and the events that followed.

Lacy is 2 businesses away when he gets back into his lane and then you can count almost 3-4 seconds before you hear the crash.

If she was reacting to Lacy she reacted late and made
no corrections.

For the last time....she was reacting to the gold truck braking hard and pulling off the road that was reacting to Lacy driving like an a-hole...why is this so damn hard to comprehend.
After reading all this shite I hope I never end up on a jury with 12 people who have to understand what is right in front of them because this convoluted crap is crazy.

Idk man, that’s what I think but i have to reply to the 2 dozen assholes who say otherwise.

although the guy in the gold truck says he didn’t break that hard

Because Lacy wasn’t in her lane anymore and she was trying to avoid hitting th gold truck.

You’re arguing that the better choice was swerving left,

How did that fricking go?

how many seconds away is that at the speed he was passing people? 1.2?

his engine was roaring, he stood on the brakes to get back into his lane after the scaring was already done, sending the gold truck off to the right, and the other car with funyons stupidly into the other lane.

he positively to blame. maybe not entirely but at least some. funyons lady maybe as well, maybe following too close, but maybe not.

moscona and Ryan Clark are clowns.

even if he didn't brake and all and just pulled aside a bit, the funyons lady saw the charger and lost her shite. which maybe she shouldn't have, but she also shouldn't have to deal with a roaring charger coming directly at her at high speed in her lane.

He was already decelerating and getting back into his lane at that point.

Even the LSP video notes he rapidly decelerated

Didn’t Lacey die from a self inflicted gunshot? Wasn’t he at a family member’s home in Houston, got into an argument, then discharged his gun into the ground? He left the scene. Apparently one of the family members called law enforcement. Later, law enforcement spots him and attempts to pull him over. He wrecks his vehicle, then commits suicide.

Lacy's mom lives in Houston.

Look for my posts. I have said what happened there.

seems Mr. Hall died from a heart attack from what I read …I think I assumed that he died at the scene due to impact. Which maybe it was a heart attack on impact.

Hall had originally said he was fine. Then complained of back pain. Then airlifted to NO. Had lacerations on liver? (or somewhere else midsection of torso) and had surgery. Had a lot of blood given during surgery

Heart failed.

Maybe he couldn't tolerate the surgery. My grandmother had surgery at age 78 or 79 (around same age as Hall) and she woke up in recovery and then had a heart attack after being brought to her room.

Older people often have difficulty with surgeries. Anesthesia maybe?
