What data do we have on her driving too close
GOLD TRUCK veering off the right to avoid lacy is significant evidence
ATTORNEY for Lacey sold his evidence really good
Police evidence swings my perspective
ALL 3 witnesses in the street all said green charger
18 wheeler had best view of everything

According to LSP he wasnt charged or cited. LSP determined he acted in a safe manner. I haven't read the info your giving. According to LSP he pulled off the road and came to a stop, well almost all the way off the road. Thats why the funyon lady swerved(because she was too close and not paying attention) to miss him and collided with the suv.

Me too. My head is always on a swivel. And I surely don't assume that just because a light is green that no one is coming. But even with that care this may not have been avoided. And that's scary.
Absolutely true! I can’t prevent everything for sure. I can only do my best. I do hesitate at some busy red lights for a second, lol. Even that might not be enough.

None. In fact, common sense would suggest she wasn’t following closely at all. Assuming she was going 50 and the truck was going 40, and then slowed down to 30, it suggests she was several car lengths behind the truck when he began to brake.
From all the evidence, including her car data and her own statement, she was speeding, eating Funyuns and fiddling with her radio when the truck began to brake.
I.e. she wasn’t paying attention.

KL is hard to blame because he’s an LSU player with a bright future who killed himself. It’s a sad story. And I, too, think the car behind gold truck was irresponsible. Blame can be in degrees. It’s not 100% one or the other here imo. Either person could have avoided this result had they been following all laws. However, Lacy’s actions seem more egregious due to the recklessness of his actions that set off the entire incident.

This has been covered. That Kia was just entering a 40MPH zone from a 50MPH zone. It starts at the donut shop immediately where the accident happened. So yes, she very likely was still going 50.
Ory also claims she was doing 50 while tailgating a truck going 28. I would think after today people would take his claims with a grain of salt, but apparently I have too much hope for this world.

I think it's possible both share some fault, but after watching Lacy's driving I still say he is far more at fault. Especially speeding like that towards oncoming cars. None of this happens if he wasn't driving like a maniac. Far worse than her potentially speeding with same way traffic.

All evidence and logic points to this. It takes some serious mental gymnastics to claim Lacy’s actions didn’t play a major part in the collision.

I’m curious, Sammy. Could you explain to the class why you are absolving KL of all wrong doing when there’s boatloads of evidence to the contrary?
You’re either unintelligent or you’re supporting him bc he’s a young black man that was “targeted” (bullshite, they didn’t know who he was) to ruin his life.
Which is it?

Has there been a thread yet to discuss how much of a whore Matt moscona is?
Posted on 10/7/25 at 7:31 pm to PerryWinkleBlue
I was at the camp setting up climbers, and missed the whole show!! Do you have cliff notes?
Posted on 10/7/25 at 7:34 pm to PurpNGold1985
Just imagine an attorney saying absolutely nothing with intermittent crying while moscona said respectfully 94 times and asked no real questions

Moscona is going to walk a very fine line because he was one of the main ones screaming that Lacy was completely innocent and got railroaded.
He was wrong and doesn’t want to bring attention to that.

It’s very funny that you list 3 things of which 2 are very wrong.

Not sure why people keep saying this when it’s more about she was sort of too close and didn’t react appropriately to the event that you don’t know 100% how it went down other than we know good truck braked with lacy coming head on

None of them are wrong. She was going 50 in a 40 MPH zone. That’s speeding.
By her own statement she was eating Funyuns that were in her lap and “listening to music”.
The fact she didn’t react until the very last second makes it pretty obvious she was either playing with her radio or digging for food. I.e she wasn’t paying attention.

Common sense points to it Chad. A car going 50 MPH was not tailgating a truck that was going 40 or slower, who then braked to 30 and pulled onto the shoulder.
That math doesn’t math.

If the accident happened 72 yards behind Lacy as his lawyer states and that he was not responsible for the accident, then all the more reason for him to stand up and fight the charges. Football tough. If I was not at fault, I would be indignant and fight
Like hell to protect my position and not guilty pledge.
All the same, just sad for the young man.

Sounds like the person behind the gold truck has more responsibility than Lacy does speeding way ahead of them. She should lose her license.

You're really showing how much of a dumbass you are.
You failed to quote the entire quote to suit your own agenda.
The entire quote reads "If Lacy was traveling 30 mph none of this ever happens"
