No that’s absolutely how it works.

No, no it's not. Your takes here are pretty elementary and for the lack of a better word, bad.

I see she was 21 in 2018 when she was arrested for domestic battery. Recently worked at Walkons in Thibodaux.

I won't say her name here.

Trying to figure out who she is. I’m in Chackbay. Is she from there?

Pretty sure she is from Houma. Her name is actually in the thread that pride posted a couple of pages ago.

How many crashes have you analyzed?

you absolutely start with the collision.

99/100 times that’s all you need.

I’ve analyzed, investigated, drawn, and done crash reconstruction on almost 150 crashes so where’s your expertise, Sammy?

You don’t start with the collision you start with weather, road conditions, and CONTRIBUTING FACTORS. Then you move on to diagraming, shooting, marking, and surveying the scene.

You’re talking out your arse bro. Give it up.

I will also note that "Left of center" the charge they amended it to, carries a stiffer fine than "following too close". So there is that at least.

KL left scene of accident amd called a lawyer within 15 minutes. Doesn't sound like actions of an innocent person. He had some fault, evidence indicates it to impartial people

Own what you said and own your mistake. We all make them.

There is no video of her crossing the center line so why - and you didn’t just imply it, you stated with certainty - that there was.

Are you really comparing turning left on a green light to passing 3 cars and an 18 wheeler in one of the most congested areas on that road between Chackbay and Thibodaux not to forget in a huge curve?

Okay--change what I said to "turning left on a green light barely making it by in front of 3 cars and an 18 wheeler in one of the most congested areas on that road between Chackbay and Thibodaux." The point still remains the same.

I'm struggling to see anything the State Police did wrong in this case.

The witnesses immediately approached the trooper and said that Lacy caused the accident. Whether that is accurate or not, how do you blame the trooper for that?

It's what I do every day. No idea on a number. I defend insurance companies .

This is a meaningless statement.

Actually if you cause a crash, according to Louisiana statute, regardless of making contact it’s considered a “non contact hit and run.” It’s in the law. Try again.

How is a driver supposed to know if they caused a crash or not if they are not actually involved in the crash?

Several things:

The people saying he "coached" or "coaxed" a statement out of the witnesses are viewing the situation with blinders on. He's simply repeating their statements back to them to get a coherent version onto paper.

The people pointing to the "refusal" of the witness statement by the truck driver don't know why it was refused. Was it all inaccurate? Was a certain detail of it inaccurate? Did he not want to be involved any further as he stated he was a cancer patient? No one knows, but everyone is assuming based on their preconceived notions of the situation.

The moment the trooper arrived at the scene he was bombarded with people giving their account. The very first one being someone in an Astros shirt asking if he caught the Green Charger because they caused the accident and ending with every one of the eyewitnesses giving a similar statement. Green charger caused the accident. So of course he is going to be talking about and trying to point to a green charger being the cause, it's what he was told.

You honestly think KL didn’t realize that he did something wrong? I’ve got beachfront property in Utah to sell you.
