Sorry things didn't work out for the kid. Would've loved to see a local kid light 'em up for us. Wish him well for what ever team he signs with, except when and if they play us.

Not unless he goes Juco first. You. better believe that LSU will put restrictions on who he can contact.

To be fair, you gotta think about him working his arse off and waiting his turn then boom a transfer with 2 years of eligibility left comes in and push you back to 3rd or 4th string

Thanks to the other Quarterbacks on our team who are choosing to stick it out and fight through adversity. It's not easy to fight on, not knowing when your number will be called, but to the guys who man up and play anyway... we the fans notice and appreciate everything you do to make our team great! Geaux Tigers!

If he was my relative it would be hard to tell him to suck it up and keep fighting when a transfer came in that has 2 years and the other guy who is in your class is listed 2nd

If he were my son, I would point to Rohan Davey, Matt Flynn and say keep getting better, keep focused on what you can provide to make the team win, just like those guys and things will work out. Your path to success is not taking the path of least resistance. No one owes you anything. You need to step up and develop your game. If the only reason you aren't playing is because there is a truly excellent, more experienced player in front of you, then get better. Ask the coaches how to get better and then be proactive and work harder than anyone else on the team. Above all, be persistent and positive. If you still can't beat out others, you might still make it as a QB in the NFL, even Tom Brady played behind folks in college. If the guy in front of you isn't excellent and is still playing in front of you, it's not that the coaches have double-crossed you, it's because you are not where you need to be and you need to get better.

If you don't get better, you will never make it in the NFL. Then what will you do? Be a coach? How are you going to coach anyone if you are the type of athlete with world's of talent but squandered it because you didn't want to work to get better and chose to blame the coaches instead? Be a man now and don't squander your opportunity. It's there for you to take but no one is going to hand it to you.

That's what I'd tell him if he were my son because if he were my son, I'd love him and want what's the best for him.

I think most people are disappointed because Narcisse had a lot of potential and it sounded like he was going to have some package plays in the offense this year, but hey, if the kid can’t cut it, then he probably should go.

Will his career at MGCCC get the same air time L Scott's Juco time did...

Time was... much ballyhooed former prep QB stars left LSU quietly and without fanfare including when they left and led a team to a national title(stan humphries).... the list is long and distinguished....

stan humphries, tim byrd, bob lane, chris garrett.... I could go on but it's point less...... just let them go quietly.....

Key words here. If you are not good enough to start then work harder and get better. He had plenty of time to do that. Kids these days think they are entitled to everything.

So you think he should sit here and be a back up for 2 maybe 3 more years?

You be a man of your word when you committed to play for a school and compete. If he's not better than Burrow then that's his own fault. You get better and smarter and work harder. It should be motivation not an avenue for departure. He was most likely going to play this year in certain packages. That's a huge opportunity for a RS freshman that hasn't played football for 3 years. You meet that opportunity with appreciation to show what you can do on the field. If you are good then you will play more and more. If you are not then get better. Don't bail out like a bitch
