LSU vs Florida 2008 in gainesville - 3rd play from scrimmage mccray mistimes his jump and harvin takes it all the way home

LSU vs USC - 1979 - the whole game - no contest, except.... LSU vs. Auburn - 1987 - Hodson Pass to Fuller - close contest to 1979.

2008 @Florida-LSU
2007 LSU-Florida
2003 LSU-Georgia
2008 @Auburn-LSU (Jordan-Hare is a loud arse stadium)
You must have not been to any games since 2003 then.

quote:He didn't mistime his jump, he got to the ball. He just tipped it up instead of batting it down, and Florida got the lucky arse bounce and the tip went right into Harvin's hands. Probabaly the best defensive play McCray made all season, right up until the last millisecond.

Are you serious? Harvin beat him badly on the play, but Tebow underthrew the ball, letting McCray get his hand on it. If Tebow hits Harvin in stride, McCray wouldn't have even had a chance at it.
And my loudest are:
1) Earthquake
2) '97 Florida, last INT of Johnson
3) '03 UGA; loud-ass Tiger Stadium, Dawgs backed up near their endzone, down 7, late in the game, hit a 90+ yard screen pass for the tieing TD . . . and the crowd just got louder (and then there was the Skyler thing . . .

It was pretty damn loud too when Hester scored the go ahead touchdown.
quote:It didn't look that way to me. It looked to me like McCray was right in step with Harvin and went up for the ball at his highest point, and unfortunately the ball just happened to tip downfield and right to Harvin's path. But either way, it was not a mistiming of his jump; he got to the ball.

Yeah, that '03 UGA game was also loud when Shockley was backed up close to the endzone.
Bama blocked field goal was deafening
