Y’all know nothing about religion

Here's a little shocker. Originally he only wanted Jewish people. God has shown a propensity to help those who follows him. He have done it with Moses, Noah, the supreme being literally let the world drown and chose only to warn a selected few. The thing with Lot's and his wife. The miracles that the Templars pulled off during the crusades against over whelming numbers. 500> 30000 is ridiculous.

Why would you help someone that is only playing you lip service version those that actually believe in you 100%?

Northern California and the SF Area have many strong Christian churches of all sorts. It is absurd to think that area is somehow anti-Christian.

And that's unfortunate, because there is no reason for it to be.

You can go anywhere in the world and find outliers in the most extreme and oppressive environments. Does that make the "area" in question any less of a God-less bastion?

It takes an extreme amount of willful ignorance to argue the fact that California, ESPECIALLY Silicon Valley, is by a large majority an anti-God territory.

Outliers in a country that is over 75% believers is pretty silly. Now if you want to get in a deeper discussion on Christianity and living that out, it’s a completely different discussion, but Dabo thanking God in the Bay Area isn’t exactly Stephen being martyred in the Bible.

You know I never thought about religion as a motivating factor in a football game. Yes a lot of teams pray and ask to win but I never have heard of a coach preaching the lord is guiding us tonight kinda motivation. Kinda genius with the demographic that plays the sport and certainly has proven success in the military realm.

So you are arguing the point about California by using the entire United States as a reference? California is it's own entity, at this point, driven by the MEGA liberal business of Hollywood and the politicians that are born of that influence. It's a place where people congregate to be "free thinkers" and stomp on any kind of morals. They make their own morals.

This doesn't mean that good people don't live in that state. It simply means that they are badly outnumbered, at the moment. And make no mistake, a lot of people who say they are "believers", are Pagans who use "spiritualism" as a means to live by. These are cults, and therefore God-less in their nature.

Dabo is just as phony as Hugh Freeze and Ted Haggard.

Can't believe so many are falling for his God-fearin'-Country-boy schtick.

I’m arguing that nobody in Silicon Valley’s head exploded because Dabo thanked God. I already explained that claiming Christianity and living it out are completely different things. I just think that most comments like these about the state of certain places come from people who don’t go outside much.

Your argument was separate from mine. What I am saying is not simply that some people don't live like Christians. My point is that a lot of people who identify themselves as "believers", don't really believe in The Almighty God. It's these spiritualists who kind of worship the universe, and they interpret their worship of nature as a belief in God. It's not always going to be straight up atheism. But if you are not recognizing THE one true God, then you are recognizing no God.

You are sitting there and accusing people of essentially exaggerating, but what you are doing in the process is oversimplifying the point of the OP. Nobody said anyone's head was exploding. But Silicon Valley is a place where God is rarely mentioned publicly, because Christians are seen as the antithesis of everything they stand for. They believe we should accept everyone for exactly who they are, and that we are haters if we do not. They don't acknowledge sin. They see the Bible as an outdated book of morals, rather than the unchanging, absolute Truth.

I don't have to watch Fox News to see that. As a matter of fact, if I want to see examples of just how liberal and anti-God that place is, as a whole, I am best served to watch all of the other networks. They are the one's perpetuating this very message of "inclusion", and tearing down Christian morals.

I also can see it in my every day life. I'm not sure how much more obvious this point can be made.
