From @RabalaisAdv: #LSU looks to be bound for the Texas Bowl vs. Texas Tech or WVU bit.ly/1NOJPBh

T'rrbl.

Both WVU and TT are 7-5 unranked non-entities.

I'd a little nervous playing Texas Tech.

If they're worried about ticket sales, this is probably the smartest idea. Biggest alumni base outside of LA and within driving distance from BR.

Texas Bowl

I live in Houston, and I won't even flinch in making this game in person.

If I'm not busy, I might watch it on TV (at least what I can stomach).

I have heard from people associated with the team that if we don't get a playoff game or one of bi new years day bowl games (rose bowl, sugar bowl, ect.). The team is usually cheering for the Texas Bowl because its warm weather, its close, and it is relatively early so they get to end the season sooner.

They probably lobbied to get in a game closer to home bc they knew the fans wouldn't travel to Florida. Also hoping the large fanbase in Houston can bail them out.

If we beat WVU, do they fire Dana and we can scoop him up as our new OC?
