If they're worried about ticket sales, this is probably the smartest idea. Biggest alumni base outside of LA and within driving distance from BR.

I live IN TEXAS, and I would not drive 5 miles to see this game.

Desean Smith is still waiting on his promise from Coach. Miles is done selling us on the outlook. Miles Speak is crashing on the NASDAQ.

That's actually pretty mind blowing QB is second in passing yards in the nation and their RB has almost 1500 yards. We did all that work to get LF 200-300 more rushing yards than their RB then you look at our passing yards. That's kinda sad.

Why do you enjoy constantly posting like lsu is the worst team ever and won't win again? The dramatics are getting old

Don't suggest they are fair weather fans or their hatred of Miles is stronger than their love of LSU. They are refusing to support the team out of love. It's all about their unwavering love of LSU. It's for LSU's own good.

And just to remind everyone, there were also a million reports that we were going to the Texas bowl to face Texas last year at this time, before we were sent to Nashville.

FLA lost their last 2 games, lost to LSU, has 3 losses. Is it a stretch to say LSU should get the Citrus Bowl nod over the Gators?

This isn't the most exciting matchup, but it could be much worse. If we play Texas Tech it will be a fun matchup with a filled stadium against a team we haven't played since 1957. It would also be at a time everyone can watch. People saying we should decline the bowl invite need to get over themselves. We get another chance to watch the Tigers play again, but you people would rather have a ridiculous elitist attitude over bowls that really don't mean shite.
