Any suggestions on the better podcasts to listen to? I see several, but many don't appear to be current.

Thanks

The solid verbal should be releasing their SEC preview soon.

Solid Verbal during the season is good. Their off season shows (aside from the conf previews which are solid) are a little too lighthearted and off-topic for my tastes, but during the season they do good recaps and preview shows every Monday/Wednesday.

Stewart Mandel and Bruce Feldman had a good one called The Audible, though it's in limbo since each has left Fox Sports. Think they plan to resurrect it soon.

Have you tried Saturday Down South? It's not all LSU every episode but there are some good casts about Coach O, Booger McFarland, and Jordy Hultberg talking LSU football. You will get brief discussions in the other podcasts when talking about the SEC this year.

iTunes doesn't let fritatas upload podcasts,m. Plus you're old and barely understand the internet, much less create internet content

I don't know of any LSU podcast that isn't a radio show. 104.5 has good LSU content until 6pm, 8pm on Mondays.

Every other day, after six, the only show in town is Bobby, Deke and Duece, if you can stomach that.

The Audible is coming back under Stew's new website, The Athletic. best cfb show around.

The Solid Verbal guys are hilarious and very knowledgable.

I enjoy Phil Steele's podcast.

Barrett Sallee's Smothered and Covered is ok.

I've never listened to solid verbal during the season. But they are solid. Ain't played nobody has a pretty strong following too.

I like listening to Stanford Steve and fallica talk about lines on behind the bets also.

That show has fallen way off. I use to never miss an episode and now I find it difficult to get through anything they do. Fast forward through the first 15 minutes and cut off the last 15. In the middle there somewhere they might touch on something cfb related.

The Audible was great but when Fox Sports got rid of all of their content guys, it went away.

Love SF, but Spencer & Ryan's Florida homer-ism has come out hard against LSU the past couple months.

Could listen to Bill Connelly talk about S&P all day.

In summation, big fan of SBNation's CFB blogs

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this. Reddit loves that pod and I just don't see it. But like I said I haven't given it a shot in season so I'm not going to judge or talk shite about it.

247sports has a new one that's really good. Shea Dixon was just on the last podcast. They spent a ton of time talking about LSU, and it was very interesting.

Are you talking about their in season stuff or off season stuff? The season shows are pretty much all College Football. Thier offseaosn content is a lot of filler with a couple of good interviews thrown in before they get to the previews.

There used to be an LSU one called The Geaux Show but I think they randomly stopped after the 2015 season. I don't know why they quit doing it or if they changed the name or something, but I enjoyed it back in the day (from 2006 on).

Hey man. I've read this board every day for at least the past ten years, although I rarely ever post. Although we don't know eachother, you guys have been with me through deployments and everything else life throws at you. I always thought I would start my own post for this, but I avoided it because I know how we all feel about people self-promoting their stuff. Anyway, if its any good people will find it anyway right?

Me and three of my friends from the Marine Corps (Clemson fan, Michigan fan, and TCU fan) started a college football podcast earlier this month. By no means are we going to provide you any crazy insight or professional analysis for CFB, but we think we know a little bit and have some fun along the way. We're running through our top 25 through 3 episodes right now, and we finished last week with #11 LSU. I'd be honored to have some people from the site check it out if you're looking for anything new. You can find us at Subject2blackout.com, @STB_Pod, and Subject To Blackout on your Podcast App/Itunes or Soundcloud, all linked below. I hope to see you inside and hear what you think.

Otherwise check out The Solid Verbal (my personal favorite) and the Wednesday episodes of Behind The Bets with Stanford Steve and Chris Fallica. Both are really exceptional. Either way, Geaux Tigers.

Hey man just wanted to pop in a give you a little review. Didn't check out a ton of the podcast yet but really good intro song. Just be aware of copyright issues down the road. I thought the content was pretty decent. I would look to try to get the echo reduced in the audio. Audio quality the main thing that will push me away from a pod. I thought the chemistry was decent and will improve with experience.

Also thought the name was solid. If you have any questions about how to improve sound quality I will be happy to attempt to help.
