The save college sports bill is actually what LSU is in favor of including Louisiana politicians (especially reading Rousses post)….they are just exposing everything as is without the bill

Save college sports
We’re long past that. It’s by every definition we used to differentiate amateur from professional, now very much professional sports. When you pay players for their work, you just became professional.
People trying to hold on to some old concept of what used to constitute amateur athletics in the face of paying players today are just wrapping themselves in their own self righteousness to be seen by other people as being above it all. Either that or they are just dishonest people. We all know this isn’t amateur athletics any longer.
