Yes , I think they are not amateurs anymore . Kiffin told them “ you are getting paid now “ , the implication being that more is expected . I think this had to play out the way it has , otherwise politics would prevent us from recruiting kids who had a sniff of a pro team , but other SEC schools could do so . So , Kudos to LSU for bravely standing up to the SEC and NCAA .
