Maybe Les can charm him into staying. I hope so. I want to see him succeed as a Tiger and stay an advocate.

Someone on another site is saying Shep will come back and that Randle's status is up in the air..

Both should come back, we have unfinished business.

Presently, LSU has nine returning all-SEC players - offensive linemen Chris Faulk and Alex Hurst, running back Spencer Ware, defensive ends Barkevious Mingo and Sam Montgomery, cornerback Tyrann Mathieu, safety Eric Reid, kicker Drew Alleman and punter Brad Wing.

Here you go:
Based on what I've learned this morning, look for Russell Shepard to withdraw his name from the NFL draft and return to LSU. There is some debate as to whether he even sent in his paperwork (some NFL sources list him, others don't)

Les Miles flew to Houston and met with him last night.

Why stay after the way Les mishandled players and the offense all year?

McShay was on SVP show today saying that the NC game will hurt RR. Talked about him not finishing routes and walking back to the huddle and his composure on the field

I want Shep to come back for his own good. He needs to finish his school then jump into the unknown.

I doubt Shep would be drafted before the 5th round.

1- He needs to come back
2- We need to use and develop him properly

I am not saying he is a legit pro prospect but we have not done right by the kid yet

I believe he has the potential to be Skyler Green good. They need to use him in special teams as well. He's got the ability.

I remember an interview with shep, he said his mom said "don't come home without a diploma". But that was like 2 or 3 years ago. But take it fwiw
