The players showed up. Offense still hasn't quite gotten it together.

Thanks Hat; I will. Have a good one, even though you are giving Les a Pass.. :-)

When people are as stupid and ridiculous as some of our fans, yes.

LSU fans are the very best College Football Fans period.

Yeah b/c this is exactly the same situation....

Correct; my example was a false analogy because the person running the stop sign may have done it accidentally pressing on the accelerator when he/she thought they were pressing on the break pedal.

What Les did was not accidental.

Is objectivity malicious?
Hat. You are up to your old Tricks.
We can criticize Les for the debacle of a National Championship Game and his failure to pull JJ.

Just like the police issuing a citation when somebody runs a stop sign in a school zone and plows in to a school bus. The police officer doen't say, "Oh, you have thirteen years with zeroe violations, I'm going to let you slide, Bro".
Les failed to use two QBs in the National Championship game when virtually every coach would have put in the second string QB. The team can't always win despite Les' poor decision making.

No, the real reason is that most fans are ......morons who think ..... they have somehow seen something that professional coaches completely overlooked in the 18 hour days they spend working.

Any fan could have coached LSU's offense to zero points. There isn't a single fan that wouldn't have given Lee a shot. Les Miles was paid three million dollars and didn't do anything different on offense.
Les Miles can claim one more miracle though. He has managed to make many LSU fans feel bad about a 13:1 Season!

If only we had hired Houston Nutt. Baby!!

Houston Nutt and any coach anywhere couldn't have coached any worse on offense than Les Miles. And, Les didn't try anything different!
Lee deserved a shot.
Why is anyone calling JJ a quarterback?!

Shouldn't we more accurately state that JJ was a Les Miles' alleged Quarterback?

Les Miles could have tried something different on offense and did not. Scoring no points and not trying something different is not excusable, regardless of how good the Bama defense was. Les Miles should apologize for:
doing the wrong thing
doing it the wrong way
doing it for the wrong reason
Whether or not there was Team dissension, Les owes everyone an apology.
He did the wrong thing.
He did it the wrong way.
He did it for the wrong reason.
Actually, failing to tell a BBall plyer to stop fouling a player who is getting hot at the free throw line is way too mild of an example to compare to the epoch failure by Les Miles. It's like comparing jaywalking to bank robbery.
MunchMan is a Miles Apologist. Or maybe he is one of many paid Miles' employees.
