How anyone can consistently listen to this is beyond me. Love Charlie, BR radio legend but Ott ruins the show. All Ott does is argue with everything Charlie says and constantly cuts him off. I would pay good money to some day see Charlie reach over and slap the shite out of that arrogant arse.

Well said. The contrarian just to be one. Seems pretty unhappy. Guess there is only so much that sports betting dopamine can do for you.

Thank you THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU AND THANK YOU!! Hanny needs to drop that clown immediately. I wish charles would simply do a show on his own. Or at least just have a producer to bounce stuff off of every now and then. Ott is literally the only person in the media who could ruin a show with Hanny. Get his arrogant unappealing to the masses arse out of there man... Its been time. No one at any generation likes that prick. How he continues to have a job is beyond me. He must know someone from way back when who is protecting him.

I literally just posted an OP one minute after you posted this based on the first hour today with Richard Dickson. I was lauding Dickson’s knowledge with the post. Didn’t get into Ott, except to say that he was currently on and Dickson had left.
That said, I’m with OP on this. Ott is very difficult for me to listen to. Always interrupting Hanny and I’m sorry, but five days a week is way too many for the gambling segments. Once a week, twice tops, would be more appropriate.

The sports betting is too much and completely ruined it. Don’t get me wrong I like to place a bet here and there, but I don’t need a half hour + during my lunch hour (and probably one of the most popular time slots of the day) to talk about the point spreads of sun belt games and betting strategies.
I just want to hear about lsu football.
Charlie could easily just do the show himself. I could listen to him literally talking to himself about LSU football for hours.

I like the show if they don't talk betting, unfortunately that's 75% of the show.

Amen to that. I can't believe Mascona waste Hanny's talent putting him on a show with that buffoon. It is non-stop gambling talk. Hanny is a wealth of knowledge on LSU sports and we have to listen to the betting odds on how many times the ref will scratch his ear during the game... SMH

Plus he argues with the guests that he gets on the show. Last week he just made it awkward he tried to correct one of the guest on a gambling stat and Ott was dead wrong but kept arguing “playfully”.

For someone who has no idea what’s going on in the world outside of sports, Ott is constantly unprepared on most anything Hanny brings up. He’s really just a flat out a-hole to Hanny most of the time. It’s not even point counterpoint type stuff. He’s just being an a-hole just to be one. I really don't see how Hanny hasn’t slapped him on air yet.
I don’t know of a single person in BR besides Jimmy Ott and maybe Matt Moscona who want to hear multiple vegas gambling guys talk for 15 minutes about random games no one cares about.
