Whatever you think of all this, it does feel like Jay is in control. Before Jay, it felt very much like the NCAA was in control. That's a great thing for LSU. It's Saban-esque. It doesn't matter who's technically the decision maker or what the rules technically are, it matters who gets what they want and who it benefits.
