I know it is the talking heads' job to root for the home team, but come on, in one breath says LSU was better, then the next says UCF should have won. Doin' their job stirring the pot.

Hilarious. UCF you want your starting QB? Okay give us back our 9 missing defensive starters. Also, give us back some depth on defense and offense we were missing as well. We seriously were missing about 20 guys yesterday including the entire starting defense basically. Such bullshite. UCF’s QB had a better 2 game stretch coming in than Mckenzie Milton had the entire season!! Hilarious because if they had won the talking point would be “Oh yeah UCF’s backup QB is amazing, and beat LSU.” But they lose, and he does a horrible job against the scout team defense so he must suck arse, and Mckenzie is 30 times better than him.

It’s laughable! Those people are just pissed they lost all credibility after yesterday, and know they will never have a shot at the playoffs staying in the American. Everyone in America outside of Orlando, Florida was rooting for LSU to knock UCF and their obnoxious crap off their arse and prove why they don’t deserve anything! Such a joke. My hate for UCF has really spiked up and will stay that way as long as their fans continue to think the way they do.

Those players matter too. If LSU has their guys and they have theirs.. LSU’s defense still holds them down.
LSU still put up 550ish yards of offense on them??? I don’t even know the total.

That backup QB put up more offense against Memphis than their starting qb I think? so it wasn’t like their offense just quit being good because they lost a player. Sure it would be nice to have their qb, but LSU lost a ton of key defensive players.
Heck we lost our best pass rusher in Chaisson. Imagine Chaisson and Lawrence together in this game. Their line couldn’t handle Lawrence.. it would be brutal.

The facts are Ucf came off as a cocky brash outsider who talked a lot and couldn’t come close to backing it up. A full LSU squad beats that team yesterday by 28 points. Even with some horrible officiating and a pile of LSU mistakes it was a solid victory. Ucf is and will remain irrelevant.

UCF has a pretty good team but couldn't hang in the trenches. Having their starting Qb wouldn't change that. Our second string DLine dominated UCF, and that is fortunate for us, playing without so many DBs, it could have gone badly if a qb had time to pass.
