Hernandez was 2-for-2 with a HR off this pitcher. Likely played into his move up.

My only worry is the wind blowing out on this one stinking day of the CWS.

It’s quite easy to tell who has and has not played a team sport at a competitive level. Imagine finding the fear in every transaction you make in life rather than attacking.

Not a fan of Cowan - especially against these guys. Thinking he’s gonna get raked on tonight.

Gonna be a very exciting, very uncomfortable game…. Or, we gonna get stomped. Don’t see us jumping way ahead on these hogs… they are too good.

I love stacking the lineup with righties . it will make them fear going to another lefty and then we can pinch hit with brown when it happens. I feel brazzy is due,he hot the ball hard in his final ab and I think it was hit hard the one before that

he just needs to give us 3 clean innings, then we can get the rest of the staff to hold the fort.

193 is back in the lineup for an auto 4 outs.

He made really good contact yesterday. Eventually those drop. His glove is golden too

I don’t mind him being in the lineup for defensive purposes but he’s batting 1 for his last 34. That’s just absurd

How is everyone feeling about Pearson over Brown? In Jay we trust I guess.

Because a lefty starting. Expecting Brown to come in once a righty gets on mound

I really just don’t understand Jake sitting. He’s been hitting so well. I’m sure we’ll see him in a big pinch hitting situation tonight, but the more at bats the better.

Exactly, go with who gives you the best defense. It's a hole in the line up that cannot be fixed until next season.
