He seems to be a genuinely nice guy. Met him at a scholarship shindig that my daughter attended. He ran track for Northwestern. Got his PhD and worked his way up at his alma mater.

Of course he does. He is trying to support a whole athletic department. It is far better for them to go to LSU than say A&M or Nebraska. Plus almost all NSU folks love their Tigers also. I live here. I know.
