My opinion doesn't mean much, so throw your thought out there

Cam isn't going to change the playbook IMO. What he is going to do is work on fundamentals. We will be able to use our talent advantage in this offense. It will look the same, the exact same, but we will be able to execute and demonstrate our advantage on the weak.

TCU will lose. LSU with the schedule they have will go 11-1 or 10-2. 10-2 doesn't get them in the NC hunt, but with this schedule that would be a win in my book.

We are going to open up a can of whoop arse on TCU, but it's early, so I'll go with...

31-20

In the last 4 years, LSU TEs have scored 5 TDs. This year, I predict LSU TEs will score >5 TDs.

So he might tweek the playbook. it will still be run heavy, short routes, with a 20 yd pass here are there. Not rocket science here.

What I want him to do is to get the guys on the ground to have the optimum line of attack and destroy the defenders. He gives them that opportunity.

TEs and FBs will play a bigger role in the passing game than in the past.

We won't lose our power identity.

Well that would kind of suck.

Doesn't seem like run, run, pass, punt worked very well in the past.

The play book is the entire problem with the offense. Fundamentals don't matter a whole lot when you constantly run dives again eight man fronts, options or tosses to the short side, bubble screens, and use the same audible to flip the play every time.

You will notice differences. You may even bookmark this post in the future, and call me out. (I'm not worth calling out btw).

Offense looks the same, we just execute better.

11-1 or 10-2 prediction here and with our schedule, I would be happy with both.

You may see less formations, but the jest of it is going to be power run first. I'm excited to see it cause I think it opens up Mett.

Technically, his post reads 5 is less than the number of tds they will score. He just did it out of order.

I think some of you are missing the point. It will not be a shitty offense. I think we will have a great offense. it will resemble what we couldn't do in the past.

Play calling has been the problem man.

LSU has beast linemen, but they can't block eight men boxes play after play. If you think that an offense can be great running those same plays then you are completely out of touch with reality. Cam Cameron better change the god damn plays and Les needs to keep his nose out of it.
