Back-up injured QB playing for the first time in TS with 102,000 rattling his head.
One returning starter on the fla. O-Line.
LSU attacking this QB from all over the field creating mass confusion.
LSU D is the healthiest it's been in weeks.

All this equals a long night of mistakes and low points for the gators.

Everything about this game screams LSU blowout. I just hope it isnt one of those weird games where Florida catches a lot of breaks and hangs around.

I dont see LSU playing bad but i could see florida getting lucky and getting big calls here or there. Stressful!

Mullen saw him everyday...if this was the case he would have been starting

He is an improvement over Franks. I saw the feature ESPN did on him last week and try as I might, I cannot dislike the kid. He seems like a good kid from a good family.

That said, LSU is going to frick him up Saturday night.

I watched Chaisson yesterday during practice drills looking like a freak show. Chaisson has to bring it for this game. I have been talking this kid up for what it seems like 3 years.

Our D hasn’t attacked anyone yet. Let’s be realistic about that.

I sure hope everyone is right about the pressure we are going to see on the Florida QB, because their certainly hasn't been much of a rush generated by our D-line thus far. Here's to hoping that all changes come Saturday night when we have some of our starters back and ready to go!

Franks is a mobile QB. Mullens likes mobile QBs ala Fitzpatrick and Prescott.
I think we will see a healthy dose of the Emory Jones.

Total Offense UF-55 LSU-2
1st Down Offense rank UF-15 LSU - 7
3rd Down Conversion rank UF-30 LSU-1
Red Zone Offense UF-T63 LSU-T1

Total Defense UF-11 LSU-17
1st Down Defense Rank UF-41 LSU-15
3rd Down Defense rank UF-48 LSU-18
Red Zone Defense UF-1 LSU-T8

Our Offense is a lot better than UF's
Our Defense isn't that bad. A lot of Pass yards tho.

NCAA stats

Edit: If you take out the Texas game, our defense is 3rd in YPG.
Also, Texas is 40% of our Pass yards given. Take them our and we move from 52 to 9 in pass yards allowed.

you don't know that. Just bc they're going to try to play doesn't mean they're healthy. Rashard and Chaisson haven't been able to stay healthy for 5 minutes.

I do know that they were listed as “Out” the past few weeks. Now they are not out.
