I love that Les miles is suing the school that made him a fortune because he went to the hotel door with countless bathrobe boners creeping on maids.

LSU vacated the wins last June, stemming from an investigation that found former Tigers offensive lineman Vadal Alexander's father was paid $180,150 in embezzled funds from a Baton Rouge children's hospital in order for his son to attend LSU. Alexander played for LSU from 2012-15.
LSU's decision was part of a negotiated settlement through the NCAA Independent Accountability Resolution Panel, in a case that was also focused on former LSU basketball coach Will Wade. LSU previously implemented scholarship reductions and a postseason ban in 2020 due to the Alexander case.

If the only judgment rendered is that LSU has to recognize the wins, then I hope Miles wins the lawsuit.

This man still doesn’t know when to quit.

Okay. But the NCAA determines the punishment, not LSU
everywhere I’ve read indicates the ncaa vacated the wins, not LSU.
Shouldn’t he be suing the ncaa?

Wut? He outcoached Saban several times
He was 3-9 vs saban. I wouldn’t call that out coaching him several times.
And one of those wins is ‘07. Sabans first year (Shula’s players). Meanwhile Les had a roster full of Saban developed players. He didn’t out coach him that game, he simply had better talent bc of the guy on the other side.

2014 Les almost stole a win with Anthony friggin Jennings at QB
Regardless, 3 (or 4) is absolutely several. I don't expect someone like you to give LEs any credit though

Oh for frick’s sake spare us for not wanting to suck Les miles off for having a losing record against Saban while he’s suing the school

LSU should countersue him for being the greatest waster of talent in college football history
2nd only to USC under Pete Carroll.

Football wins were vacated because of

the OLOL Foundation scandal
which was used at least in part to leverage LSU to fire Will Wade, IMO. I believe this was partly to continue the NCAA's time-honored tradition of directing attention from the Bluebloods of college basketball about a cheating scandal. And this is coming from a guy who is neither a big time Wade supporter nor a conspiracy theorist

I think the vacated wins were self-imposed/suggested by LSU.
Posted on 6/17/24 at 10:07 am to tigerbait2010
It was part of a negotiated settlement between LSU and the NCAA. LSU willingly vacated those wins in order to prevent additional punishment.

I’m gonna file a lawsuit against Les Miles for setting offensive football back two decades when he was head man at LSU. Any lawyers on here wanna help?

You want to be bitter about the best stretch of football played at this school, be my guest. It was a lot of fun as a student

quote:The college football HOF should just automatically include anyone who has coached at least 10 years. To cull the herd, instead of inducting new members, the HOF could have an annual ceremony to announce who they were kicking out. It would be can't-miss viewing.
The College Football Hall of Fame needs to rescind the 60% rule.
You can't keep out great coaches like Miles, Schnellenberger, and Leach.

Well we bought a recruit with money from a children’s hospital. I hate to break it to fans but that’s fricking awful and lsu wouldn’t have punished itself without knowing the ncaa was going to blow the lid off the scandal and frick us over
College football will probably be a separate entity from the ncaa soon enough anyway so who honestly doesn’t count the wins
